1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bajl99 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each individual may hold only one registered account. If bajl99 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances — including winnings derived from bonuses — may be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bajl99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must notify bajl99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bajl99 will take reasonable steps to investigate any reported breach, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity performed through your account — whether by you or any other person — will be attributed to you and you will bear full responsibility for it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajl99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. bajl99 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bajl99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24–72 hours, subject to verification checks and the processing times of the relevant payment provider. bajl99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. bajl99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal amount, regardless of the amount or the player's account history.

All amounts displayed on the bajl99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs or fees charged by their payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds carry a maximum bet restriction of ৳500 per spin or round while a wagering requirement is active. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Bets are accepted up to the time specified for each market. Late bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules. Where no sport rule applies, stakes will be returned.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting bajl99 support. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bajl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where bajl99 reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes.
• The player poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Continued operation of the account would expose bajl99 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account closure by bajl99 for breach, any bonus balances, free spin winnings, or other promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be released if the player is cleared of wrongdoing.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bajl99, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. bajl99 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajl99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
